Dear NCI Cancer Bulletin Subscriber, The editors, writers, and technical staff of the NCI Cancer Bulletin would like to wish each of you a happy and healthy new year. Before we embark on our 7th year of publication, here is a list of the 10 most popular and frequently viewed NCI Cancer Bulletin feature stories of 2009:
In addition to covering the timely news stories in 2009, we launched a new online format that took advantage of the latest Web technologies, including navigation options and graphical presentations. We also introduced a number of video and audio features, such as Inside NCI and In Their Own Words, to enhance our in-depth articles. And we have expanded the options for readers to better engage our content by using RSS and, in the near future, Twitter feeds. Looking ahead to 2010, we plan on adding additional interactive features in an effort to enhance your reading experience and better serve your information needs. So thank you again for your interest and support in 2009. We hope you'll continue to read each issue in 2010 and encourage others to subscribe. We also appreciate your story ideas and welcome more suggestions in the coming months, which you can send to us by e-mail at ncicancerbulletin@mail.nih.gov. Best regards, |
